Return Policy

1. Introduction

This Return Policy describes your rights and our obligations regarding returning products purchased from Seller (“we”, “our”, “us”). By making a purchase from our website you accept the terms of this Return Policy.

2. Scope

This Return Policy applies to all goods sold through our website unless otherwise stated. It does not apply to services, digital products, or goods which are clearly marked as non-returnable or customised.

3. Right to Return / Cancellation

3.1. You may cancel your order at any time before the goods are shipped.

3.2. Once the goods are shipped and delivered, you may return them under the conditions set out in section 4.

3.3. If you exercise your right to return, you will be refunded according to section 6.

4. Conditions for Returns

4.1. Returns must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery (or another period as required by local law) unless the goods were defective.

4.2. Goods must be unused, in original condition, with all original packaging, labels and accessories.

4.3. You must include the proof of purchase and a completed return request form indicating the reason for return.

4.4. Goods with individual or personalised characteristics cannot be returned if they are of satisfactory quality and no defect is present.

4.5. If you detect a defect, you must notify us in writing specifying the nature of the defect.

5. Exclusions

5.1. We do not accept returns for goods that:

• have been used more than minimal handling for inspection;
• have been damaged by you (accident, mishandling, unauthorised modifications);
• are sealed for health or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery;
• were clearly marked as non-returnable at time of purchase.

5.2. The appearance of minor differences in shape, colour or packaging from illustrations on the website is not considered a defect.

6. Refunds and Costs

6.1. Upon receipt and inspection of returned goods, if they meet the conditions, we will refund the purchase price (excluding original shipping cost) within 14 calendar days or the time frame required by law.

6.2. You must bear the cost of returning the goods unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or wrong item delivered).

6.3. If you fail to meet the conditions in section 4, we reserve the right to refuse the return or apply a reduction in refund due to diminished value.

7. Replacement

If you receive defective goods, we may at our discretion offer to replace them instead of issuing a refund. All replacement requests must be made within the timeframe permitted by local consumer-protection law.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to follow the product’s instructions or improper use of the goods.

8.2. We are not responsible for delays or failures in return shipments caused by logistics providers or postal services.

8.3. In any event our liability is limited to the original purchase price of the goods being returned, to the extent permitted by local law.

9. Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for failure to perform obligations where prevented by circumstances beyond their control (such as natural disaster, transport disruption, governmental actions, strikes, war).
